2024 Schedule of Fees & New Policies — November 1, 2023

The Board of Directors has approved two new policies and the 2024 ARC/STSA Schedule of Fees to be implemented on January 1, 2024.

ARC/STSA Distance Education Policy

• Revised to align with CAAHEP’s Policy 209 – Instructional Modalities.
• Outlines the criteria acceptable to the ARC/STSA for Standards compliance when utilizing distance education methodology.
• Delineates when programs utilizing distance education methodology must apply for a distance education approval.

ARC/STSA Separate Instructional Site Policy

• New policy defining the use of an off-campus facility in which a portion of program instruction is delivered on-ground to students of a CAAHEP-accredited surgical technology or surgical assisting program.

2024 Schedule of Fees

• No Increased Fees From 2023
• Removal of Accreditation Packet Fee
