At the Accreditation Fundamentals for Educators [AFE] Workshop, offered from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 5, 2017, the ARC/STSA will guide you through CAAHEP’s accreditation Standards and Guidelines and the accreditation process to enhance your accreditation knowledge, permitting your program to optimize the benefits of this prestigious accreditation.
Through the use of expert presentations and interactive group and individual learning activities, this workshop will both explain the nuances of the current CAAHEP Standards and Guidelines and clarify the information in the ARC/STSA Standards Interpretive Guides applicable to your surgical technology or surgical assisting program.
The ARC/STSA-sponsored AFE Workshop is designed for both new and seasoned program directors, but instructors, deans, and compliance officers will also benefit from attending and participating in this workshop.
